  • Does macro tracking include meal timing?
    Counting your macronutrients allows you to eat whenever! As long as you are meeting your macro goals, it doesn't matter if you eat 3 meals or 10.
  • How do I keep track?
    I personally love tracking all my clients on MyFitnessPal (MFP). It's easy, free and has a great library of food due to the time it's been around.
  • How do I track at a restaurant?
    When first starting out, your macro counting knowledge is low - which is okay! That's why I'm here. I talk you through the options and teach you what to look for, your options and what's best to avoid. You learn best by doing, so I encourage you to look at all the labels in the beginning!
  • How long until I see results?
    The magic number is, it varies! I've never had someone avoid weight-loss when working with me, whether it's personal training or macro-counting, if you are open, trusting, and willing...you will go very far! If you want the superior method in losing body fat, macro-counting is for you.
